Confirmation and cancellation policy

A deposit of 30% of the total amount of the reservation is required to guarantee the reservation.

Free cancellation within 14 days before arrival date, the deposit will be refunded.

After 14 days the deposit will be withheld.

No refund to the customer who decides to interrupt a stay already started.

Is possible to pay cash at the arrival or with a bank transfer before the arrival date.
